2. Hosting & Compliance

  • EU-based hosting infrastructure.
  • GDPR compliant handling of personal and business data.
  • Optional on-premise deployment for clients requiring full internal hosting.

3. Data Processing

  • Self-Service: Data stays within client-controlled connectors and storage.
  • Managed Service: Only upon explicit request, our team accesses data to prepare dashboards or reports.
  • No permanent data duplication or third-party resale.

4. Security

  • Role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
  • Row-level security for sensitive datasets.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Immutable logs and audit trails.

5. Retention

Uploaded demo files (e.g., CSV/Excel/PDF) are processed temporarily and auto-purged within 30 days.
