MarineData.io provides a business intelligence and reporting platform for the maritime sector, offered as self-service or managed service.

2. Acceptable Use

• Demo site is for evaluation only.
• No unlawful use or sharing of demo credentials.
• No reverse-engineering or unauthorized redistribution of the platform.

3. Service Models

• Self-Service: Client manages all data sources and reports.
• Managed Service: Our team provides data integration and report delivery with separate agreement and pricing.

4. Availability

• SaaS hosting with commercially reasonable uptime.
• Enterprise tier includes custom SLA terms.
• Maintenance windows will be announced in advance.

5. Liability

MarineData.io is not responsible for business decisions taken on the basis of demo outputs or sample dashboards.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms; changes will be effective upon publication.
